Product quality and after-sales service commitment letter


Since its establishment in 2000, the company has always put product quality and after-sales service first. Taking "honest and trustworthy" as the basic principle, and serving the purpose of meeting user needs and providing value to users, has won the trust of customers. Now we are solemnly committed to product quality and after-sales service:


Product quality:

1. Strictly control the source. In order to ensure the good performance of the product, we use high-quality raw materials at home and abroad, and strictly control supplier management, material procurement, acceptance inspection and inspection in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001 quality system. We strictly control the use of unqualified materials.

2. Process inspection layer by layer. We strictly follow the self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection procedures. Unqualified semi-products are strictly prohibited from flowing into the next process, and unqualified products are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory. Ensure that 100% qualified products are provided to users.

3. The wires and cables we provide are brand new, mature processes and reliable performance, and meet standards and contract requirements in all aspects.

4. We ensure that the products provided can operate reliably and safely under correct installation, normal operation and maintenance.


After-sales service:

1. After the product is put into use, we will send a dedicated person to track the service, closely monitor the operation of the product, and will visit it regularly.

2. We will respond to the technical consultation and after-sales service proposed by customers within 1 hour. If a person is required to be sent to the scene, after confirmation by both parties, the technicians will rush to the scene as soon as possible (within 12 hours in Hubei Province and within 48 hours in other provinces in China).

3. During the installation and commissioning process of our products, if defects caused by our manufacturing process and materials themselves make the product unusable, we will arrive at the site within the shortest time to find the cause, and repair or exchange. The final result is to achieve the product meeting technical requirements, be able to operate safely, and be satisfied by users.

4. During the laying or use of our products, if the cable cannot be used due to damage caused by external forces or other factors, we will also actively cooperate, respond quickly, provide services, and repair the cable as soon as possible to ensure the normal use and operation of the products. Repair-related costs may be exempted depending on the severity of the situation.

5. The company's after-sales center is also responsible for handling user complaint information (including quality issues, service issues, dispute issues, counterfeiting and OEM issues, etc.). We will do our best to ensure that the problems and requirements raised by users can be resolved in a timely manner.

6. We will record and archive every after-sales service to provide a basis for improving quality and service in the future. We will continue to work hard to provide the most satisfactory products and services to our users.
